The Magic Word.
I took my plight to the AT&T store where I purchased the Iphone, the service there was impecable (with the exception of the fact that my plan wasn’t updated.)
At this point Im well over the frustration and shock of the bill. So I walked into the store calm and collected, but after more than an hour and still no progress, I dropped the magic word: Cancel.

AT&T has given me a month while on my new contract in which I can cancel all services and return my phone. I dont want to do this, but in the buisness world the consumer lambs have few tools at their disposal to fend off evil wolf corporations. I will not hesitate to use all of my resources, even if that means ‘taking my business elsewhere.’

At the mention of the magic word the sales associate, and assistant manager, quickly reasured me that there would be a manager in the store the next day. And that this mythical being of vast power had the pull to grant me my wish (My Wish: give me a decent bill by Monday) So with a name and some numbers I promised to hold off my assault for a couple more days, and consult with the all powerful manager before I make such a drastic move.
Im actually starting to look forward to having a basic cellphone, and paying by use, as opposed to the monthly charges.
