Resume the begining

Writing a resume is difficult at best. The hardest part, right now, is the translation of military skills, NECs, Qualifications, Collateral duties, ext. I’m sifting through a mess of crap online that I can only marginally comprehind: href=”http://online.onetcenter.org/crosswalk”>match your MUC to a O*net-soc ,Im lost, and this stuff is waste deep and rising fast.

After sitting down for hours racking my memory, and rifling through my personal records, here’s what I have at my disposal:

  • Military Evaluations
  • A list of my hobbies
  • a list of my volunteer history
  • a list of my ‘collateral duties’
  • a list of MUCs
  • previous work experiance
  • and a stubby pencil
Luckly I also have a wealth of ‘Transition Guides’ and resume worksheets, a wealth of information.
Next I need to put all of these togeather into a general résumé.

      That is for another day.

  • That’s what I’m up against. Composing an all-inclusive bio for a painreliefclinic I will be working with… difference is my files are scattered between computers and shoeboxes.. ok so i’m a little behind on the times, but I’m working at it-
