  1. Craigslist is such a popular site nowadays. That is good coz you can get stuff or read stuff as shown here, but sometimes you have the bad things like that news and the murders recently.

That is true, you do need to be extra careful. I think the scams are more of a problem than a couple loonies. I’ve been targeted a number of times for scams from CL posts. Even recieved a couple boggus cashiers checks in the mail, If you follow some very basic rules your ussually good.
      1) If it sounds to good to be true, it is.
      2) ask questions, scamers tend to have really flaky back stories, and can’t fill in the blanks provided by simple questions.
Ill dig up those CL phishing/scam emails and post them on a couple pages for the interested, as well as the referances (the FBI is very involved in stopping these scams) and resources.

  2. I just have to post about this, but this reminded me of the news with Craigslist’s CEO wanting for an apology from the South Carolina attorney general. Always something new with Craigslist and things in the news.

  3. David says:

No doubt, Its a bad day when your company gets smeared on the news by some low life, and an over zealous media. Seriously, It could just as well have been a AJC classifieds!

Ill tell you what man, google translate completely butchered the story of your life. Still it looks funny, Cheers!
